  • Up to 1 hour: £2.20
  • 1–2 hours: £3.85
  • 2–3 hours: £5.50
  • Over 3 hours: £11.00

Meter: Free after 6:30

Full address: Received via confirmation & reminder emails

Please note: All clients must arrive alone, plus ones are not permitted. If you are early for your appointment, please wait till the time of your appointment.

Open: 11:00-18:00

Closed: Monday, Thursday, Sunday & public hours

RETURNING CLIENTS

Appointments are released on the 15th of every month. To qualify as a returning client, you must have booked at least 3 full-service appointments within a rolling 12-month period with us

NEW CLIENTS

For first-time clients appointments that remain available can be booked on our site on the 20th of every month.

IMPROMPTU BOOKINGS

If the date(s) you require is not available, please email victorianenibeauty@outlook.com with the slot of preference. This will incur an unlisted slot fee.

Slots that are outside of working hours will incur an out of hour fee. (Please see our add-on section for costs)
BOOKING INFORMATION

Deposits: A £30 non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your appointment. Any add-ons must also be paid prior to your appointment - you will recieve a payment link via text or email.

Payments: The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of your appointment and must be paid before your service begins.

Please arrive with the exact balance as we may not have change

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & LATES

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in:

  • Loss of deposit
  • 50% of the remaining balance charged to the card on file
  • Possible restrictions on future bookings

Rescheduling can be done once within the same month, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling to a new month will result in the loss of your deposit, and you will need to book a new appointment when slots are released.


Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. There is a 20-minute grace period. After this, a £15 late fee will apply and your appointment may be cancelled, resulting in the loss of your deposit.
HAIR DROP-OFFS & REGULATIONS

Hair must be dropped off at least 5 working days before your appointment.

Under 5days: before your appointment will incur a £15 fee.

2 days before your appointment: £25 fee.

Hair cannot be dropped off the day before your appointment. Will result in cancellation.

For shipping hair to us: please email to arrange shipment! We have a separate address to ship to. We are not liable for the loss of packages.

Hair requirements
Please ensure your hair is supplied correctly or shop with us.

We DO NOT ACCEPT: Temi wigs, T-part units, Grey/Khaki or stained lace, dense knots/lace

If you would like a bob, we recommend that the frontal is longer than your bundles.

We do not construct wigs, please be cautious when booking.

MAKEUP BOOKINGS

Preparation

Please arrive with a clean face with no makeup. This allows me to properly prep your skin and ensures the best possible finish.

Please remove all unwanted hair prior to your appointment. This includes: shaped brows, upper lip hair etc.

Lashes

Strip lashes are included where appropriate. Individual lashes are permitted.

CUSTOMER CARE

Your experience does not end when you leave the studio. All clients will receive an aftercare guide to help maintain their service.

If you have any concerns following your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours. We kindly ask that any issues are raised within this timeframe, as adjustments requested after 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

All services and payments are final once completed.
